Photo Spread: Japanese Tea Garden

San Francisco’s Japanese Tea Garden, located in Golden Gate Park, is a must-see for any Bay Area resident. Supposedly the oldest public Japanese garden in the United States, the Tea Garden contains ornate architecture and a host of plants, making it worth visiting year-round. The garden is especially beautiful in the spring, when the cherry blossoms are in full bloom. Though a popular tourist destination and often quite crowded as a result, the garden still manages to maintain a feeling of tranquility.
